Section 1: Hired Employees
All Otis Minnesota employees upon hiring or rehiring are required to complete the following items:

Code of Conduct & Business Ethics Training – Employee Instructions
Code of Conduct & Business Ethics Training – Supervisor Instructions (supervisors only)
Code of Conduct & Business Ethics Training – Group Sign In Sheet (supervisors only)
Section 2: Company Drivers
Any Otis Minnesota employee that may drive a company-owned vehicle is required to complete the following items:
Smith System — 5 Keys to Defensive Driving (must have completed item within last 3 years of employment)
OLI Training PPT — NON-CDL Drivers (must have completed item within last 3 years of employment)
OLI Training Video — CDL Drivers (must have completed item within last 3 years of employment)
Section 3: CMV Drivers
Any Otis Minnesota employee that may drive a CMV unit over 10,000 pounds is required to complete the following items:
