Minnesota Limited is honored to announce the 2022 Leading With Our Values Awards recipients! The event, held virtually on Wednesday, March 2nd, was attended by team members from job sites and office facilities throughout the country. Over the past seven years, the event’s importance and prestige continue to grow as recognition is delivered to individuals who live by and lead with the four core values: Safety, Quality, Commitment, Reputation. We hold ourselves accountable to our core values in every task we do, fulfilling our mission to build energy infrastructure while developing long-lasting relationships with our customers and communities. These values reflect what is truly important to our organization and serve as a guiding influence in our daily decisions and actions.
In addition to the awards celebration, employees tuned in to hear the state of the business updates and thought-provoking messages delivered by company president Dan Britz and transmission division leader Casey Joyce.
